A Thin Blue Line is a short sci-fi-umentry focused on the Earth's atmosphere, environment and biodiversity. The mixed-media visuals are carried by the glossolaliac timbre of an alien guide that travels across time to observe Earth over 4 billion years arriving at present day. The film was created using a mix of in-camera practical effects such as stop-motion and timelapse photography blended with motion graphics and NASA stock footage.
